All presented with a generous serving of hometown pride and the signature sound of the Rockford Winds.

The Rockford Wind Ensemble is proud to share the stage with the stateline's finest young musicians - selected from area high schools - performing in the sixth annual RWE Honors Youth Band with guest conductor Steven Eggleston from Illinois Wesleyan University. The program for this concert will once again feature guaranteed crowd-pleasers selected from history's greatest composers. The stars of tomorrow, the talented RWE professional musicians, and a program of musical gems combine to make this concert a surefire delight!

The Rockford Wind Ensemble will continue its tradition going pops in the springtime with a program that includes light classics, Broadways best, film and television favorites, and popular hits. This year the emphasis will be on Song and Dance because all great music either sings, or it dances. Except for the music that does both. Audience members can count on an evening of heart-lifting, toe-tapping entertainment
